About This Cocktail
A bright, botanical twist on the classic Gin Fizz. Amalfi lemon and Belvoir elderflower carry the citrus backbone, finger lime pops like champagne pearls on the tongue, and fresh verbena lifts the whole cocktail into something unmistakably Mediterranean. Crisp, aromatic, and made to be sipped in full sun.
Ingredients
Per Cocktail
- 40 ml Amuerte Green
- 25 ml Belvoir Elderflower cordial
- 30 ml Amalfi lemon juice
- 50 ml Tonic
- 1 Fresh finger lime
- 7 Fresh verbena leaves
Decoration
- Verbena leaves
- Finger lime pearls
- Amalfi lemon zest
Glass
- Small Bobo Highball
- Crushed ice
Method
Build the Cocktail
- Wash the lemons before use
- Juice the lemons and fine-strain the juice
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with crushed ice
- Shake briefly and pour the mix directly into the highball glass
- Top up with crushed ice to the rim and garnish with verbena, finger lime, and lemon zest
Crack the finger lime open at the table and scatter the pearls across the top just before serving — that champagne-like pop on the first sip is the whole point. Slap the verbena between your palms before garnishing to wake up the essential oils and lift the aroma.
