Amuerte Black Gin & Jalapeño – 50 g
Acacia Honey Syrup 1:2 – 25 g
Fresh Lemon Juice – 30 g
Chill your coupe glass with crushed ice.
Shake the cocktail until ice-cold.
Remove the crushed ice from the martini glass.
Fine-strain directly into the cocktail glass.

Amuerte Black Gin & Jalapeño
Amuerte Black Gin – 500 g
Fresh Jalapeño – 20 g
Wash and halve the jalapeño, removing seeds and white inner parts.
Combine all ingredients and infuse for 24 hours.
Strain through a fine sieve and bottle.

Acacia Honey Syrup 1:2
Acacia Honey – 250 g
Water – 300 g
Combine both ingredients in a saucepan.
Heat over medium heat and stir until the honey is fully dissolved.
Let cool in the fridge and bottle.
