Gin Fizz – Finger Lime – Verveine


Amuerte Green – 40 ml
Belvoir Elderflower Cordial – 25 ml
Amalfi Lemon Juice – 30 ml
Tonic – 50 ml
Fresh Finger Lime – 1 piece
Fresh Verveine (Lemon Verbena) – 7 leaves

Wash the lemons before use.
Juice the lemons and strain the juice finely.
Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with crushed ice.
Shake briefly with crushed ice and pour the mixture directly into the long drink glass.
Top the glass to the rim with crushed ice.
