Gin Garibaldi – Blood Orange – Vanilla


Amuerte White – 30 ml
Martini Bitter – 30 ml
Fluffy blood orange juice – 100 ml
Wash the blood oranges before use.

Juice the blood oranges and strain the juice through a fine sieve.
Pour the bitters and gin directly into a long drink glass over ice.
Use a Bamix (or hand blender) to make the blood orange juice fluffy.
Pour the fluffy blood orange juice over the bitters and gin.

Vanilla Olive Oil
Arbequina olive oil
Madagascar vanilla

Slice the vanilla pod in half and scrape out the seeds.
Add both the seeds and the pods to the olive oil.
Infuse at room temperature for 24 hours.
Bottle in a 200 ml squeeze bottle.

Garnish
Blood orange wedge
Vanilla olive oil
