Jungle Bird – Bitters – Pineapple


Amuerte Summer Edition '25 Gin – 20 ml
Dark Rum – 20 ml
Martini Bitter – 10 ml
Pineapple Juice (Boiron Purée) – 100 ml
Ginger Beer – 30 ml
Fresh Lime Juice – 20 ml

Wash the limes before use.
Juice the limes and strain through a fine sieve.
Thaw the pineapple purée and strain.
Build the cocktail over crushed ice in the order listed above.
