Gin infusion 500 g
Acacia Honey Syrup 1:2 300 g

- Combine all ingredients

Acacia honey 250 g Water 500 g

Combine both ingredients in a saucepan

Heat over medium-high heat and stir until the honey is dissolved

Let it cool in the refrigerator and bottle it

Amuerte white 1000 g
Jalapeno 1 x
Amalfi lemon zest 12 g
Lemon thyme 12 g

Wash the herbs before use

Wash the Jalapeno, remove the seeds and the inside.
