Terms & Conditions
By taking part in the Amuerte Gin UK October Creator Competition, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. The Competition
- The competition is organised by Barchitect BV, Regenbooglaan 7A, 3600 Genk, Belgium (the “Promoter”).
- A maximum of 35 creators will be selected and invited to take part.
- Each selected creator will receive a complimentary bottle of Amuerte Gin to use when creating their competition content.
- No purchase is necessary.
2. Who Can Take Part
To participate, you must:
- Be 25 years of age or older.
- Be a UK resident.
- Have been directly invited and accepted by the Promoter.
- Have an active, public Instagram account.
- The Promoter may request proof of age or eligibility.
3. What You Need To Do
Creators must produce an Instagram video featuring Amuerte Gin.
Your video must:
• Show you making a drink or cocktail using Amuerte Gin.
• Include your genuine thoughts or review of the product.
• Clearly feature the Amuerte Gin product.
• Be posted to your Instagram account on 1 October 2026.
• Remain live and publicly viewable until at least 31 October 2026.
As you are receiving a complimentary product in return for creating content, the post must be clearly identified as advertising, using #Ad or Ad prominently.
Content must promote responsible drinking and must not encourage excessive or irresponsible alcohol consumption.
4. Competition Period
The competition runs from 1 October 2026 until 11:59pm on 31 October 2026. Only views and likes received during this period will count towards the final results.
5. Cash Prizes
There is a total prize fund of £1,000:
1st Place - £500 - Awarded to the creator whose eligible competition video receives the highest number of video views by
11:59pm on 31 October 2026.
2nd Place - £300 - Awarded to the creator whose eligible competition video receives the highest number of likes by
11:59pm on 31 October 2026.
3rd Place - £200 - Awarded to the creator who is the first to post their eligible competition video on 1 October 2026.
Each creator may win a maximum of one cash prize.
If the same creator qualifies for more than one prize, they will receive the highest-value prize they qualify for and the next
eligible creator will receive the remaining prize.
6. Views, Likes & Posting Time

Results will be based on Instagram figures and analytics.
Creators may be asked to provide screenshots of their Instagram Insights to confirm views, likes and posting time.
Purchased, artificial, botted or otherwise manipulated views, likes or engagement are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification. The Promoter’s decision regarding the final results will be final.
7. Winner Notification & Payment
Winners will be contacted after the competition closes and the results have been verified.
Prize money will be paid by bank transfer to the winner’s nominated UK bank account. Winners will be asked to provide the information reasonably required to process payment.
8. Content Usage
By taking part in the competition, you give Amuerte Gin and the Promoter permission to share, repost and use your competition content across Amuerte Gin’s website and social media channels.
You also give permission for your content to be used in paid social media advertising for up to 6 months from the date it is first posted.
Where your content is used in paid advertising, Amuerte Gin will credit your Instagram account by including your @username in the ad caption or description, where the platform allows.
You will continue to own your original content. Amuerte Gin may resize, crop or make minor formatting changes where required for different social media or advertising formats, but will not materially change your review or opinions.
9. Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
• Does not follow these Terms & Conditions.
• Does not post their video on 1 October 2026.
• Deletes or removes their competition post before the competition ends.
• Uses fake, purchased or manipulated engagement.
• Provides false information.
• Posts unlawful, offensive or inappropriate content.
• Encourages irresponsible alcohol consumption.
• Breaches applicable advertising or alcohol marketing rules.
10. Alcohol & Advertising Requirements
All participating creators must be 25 or over and must not appear to be under 25 in the competition content.
Competition content must not be directed at people under 18 or be designed in a way that is likely to particularly appeal to under-18s.
Creators are responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable UK advertising requirements.
11. Instagram / Meta
This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
Instagram and Meta have no responsibility for the operation of this competition or the awarding of prizes.
12. Changes or Cancellation
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to participating creators where reasonably possible.
13. Personal Information

Personal information provided by creators, including delivery addresses and payment details, will only be used where
reasonably necessary to administer the competition, deliver products and pay prizes.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and applicable data protection law.
14. Acceptance
By replying YES, providing your delivery address and accepting an Amuerte Gin bottle, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
