Recipe
Cynar Julep
Cynar – 15 ml
Amuerte Black – 30 ml
Fresh Grapefruit Juice – 80 ml
Amali Lemon Juice – 10 ml
Grapefruit Bitters – a dash
Mint – 5 leaves
Wash the grapefruits before use.
Juice the grapefruits and strain through a fine sieve.
Combine all ingredients in a long drink glass filled with crushed ice.
Stir briefly with a bar spoon to mix all the flavors.
